I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the residents and business owners of Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

I am extremely excited about this opportunity and look forward to pouring my enthusiasm into this new endeavor.  Just to give you a bit of background; most recently I served as Co-Director of the Ambridge Area Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for organizing, advertising and implementing town events, including the Annual Nationality Days Festival along with year-long business promotions and networking.   I hold a degree in Communications from Geneva College and have completed various other courses offered in the community.   

It's been about four months since there has been an acting President of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce, but most people would never have known because of the hard work and dedication of our active board members, and specifically the office staff: Rose Mary Fix (Finance Director), Rebecca Novotny (Membership Director) and Yvonne Little (Administrative Assistant).  I look forward to working with this great team.  

They say home is where the heart is and I can truly say, "My heart is in Beaver County." I chose to stay here and my focus is to see our county succeed. My team and I will help to accomplish this by working with policy makers, business owners, community organizations and residents acting as an advocate and community liaison.  You can trust that I will work continually towards making Beaver County a better place so that my generation and future generations will have the opportunity to stay and choose to reinvest in Beaver County.
